| JOB PURPOSE
We are recruiting Crane Supervisors, to oversee and control lifting operations on the site. He\she will be responsible to supervise, guide and instruct drivers and labourers. The ultimate goal is to run the site efficiently and under proper care in accordance with Health and Safety Hazards. |
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating and supervising all lifting operations on site
- Executing lifting plans with proper care
- Giving instruction to operators
- Controlling all the lifting activities
- Ensuring safe conditions during operations
- Rectify any unfavorable condition
- Ensuring all the legislation regard height and safety hazards on the site
- Ensure that load is not more than limit
- Briefing all the crane operatives
Candidates Requirements
- Proven 3 years’ experience as Crane Supervisor
- Hand-foot and eye coordination
- Leadership qualities
- Ability to carry out all services with great stamina and enthusiasm
- Posses Time management skills
- Ready to work with team
- Eager to learn and practice new skills
- Ability to work accurately in best professional manner
- Valid driving licence
- Written and oral communication skills
- Literacy in Mathematics, critical reasoning
- Organization and management skills
