Key Responsibilities of a School Caretaker

• Security & Access Control: Managing the opening and locking of school premises, monitoring CCTV where applicable, and ensuring all buildings are secure after hours. This includes key holder responsibilities and responding to alarm call-outs.
• Routine Maintenance & Minor Repairs: Conducting daily checks and performing minor repairs to furniture, fixtures, and fittings. This includes tasks like changing lightbulbs, unblocking drains, fixing door handles, and basic decorating touch-ups.
