Responsibilities Of Trainee Butchers Jobs in London
- Ensuring food safety dealings are adhered to within the butchery department
- Maintaining company standards in a window display and upright counter display
- Cutting meat to order
- Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment
- Greeting and speaking to customers, providing advice, answering questions, accepting orders or payments, and offering helpful advice similar to a smile
- Coordinating deliveries or order pickups
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent people organization skills
- Be accepting and kind and tone comfortable functioning with the public
- To be enthusiastic, committed, and self-motivated
- Adopts a ‘can do’ attitude to inspiring situations
- Have a flexible read to on the go hours
- Previous experience in retail is preferred but not essential
- A basic Food Hygiene authorize is preferred but not essential
