Job Description:

Job Title: Quality Controller
Contract Type: Temporary
Starting Date: ASAP
Job Location: NW10
Salary Rate: £9.50-£10.50 per hour

Our client is expanding their mood team and has a vacancy for a quality controller to join their multinational team working in our award-winning A grade BRC certificated food manufacturing bakery in London, NW10.

Successful candidates will be quality-driven and will be held responsible for ensuring quality assurance trial are followed correctly within the bakery at whatever times.

 

Responsibilities combine but not limited to Quality Controller Jobs In Ruislip Manor

· Raw material sampling and sure release checks.

· Finished product sampling, assessment, and positive release.

· Daily shift in and out checks.

· Daily shift explanation writing.

· Routine air assurance checks such as calibrations, metal detection, glass & hard plastic checks, temperature checks, CCP monitoring, traceability, and mass bill testing.

· Monitoring the standards of hygiene and housekeeping.

· Carrying out staff training.

· Liaise with lively teams and ensure that the required standards for food safety are maintained.

· Internal audits.

 

The ideal candidate: Quality Controller Jobs In Ruislip Manor

• Food science degree required.

• Experience in a Technical/Quality Assurance role is preferred.

• Experience in creating and maintaining product specifications.

• Previous experience within a factory effective to BRC standards intensely desirable

• To have a general knowledge of food safety.

• Someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, hardworking, driven, and self-motivated subsequently a want to learn.

• Ability to thrive under pressure.

• Good communicator and to be computer literate afterward a in force knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word & Outlook.

• Training will be provided for the well-to-do candidate.
