Our process is streamlined and transparent. Here's exactly what happens when you contact us to hire catering staff or kitchen porters:

Contact & Initial Brief
Call us or complete our online form with your requirements: number of staff needed, role, date, venue location, any specific requirements (experience level, certifications, etc.). Be as detailed as possible โ it helps us match the right person.

Candidate Matching & Offer
Our team searches our database of vetted, available candidates. We consider experience, location, availability, and your specific needs. Within 1-2 hours, we present shortlisted candidates with their CVs, references, and availability.

You Confirm & We Confirm with Candidate
You select your preferred candidate(s). We immediately contact them to confirm acceptance, discuss final details (uniform, parking, specific kitchen equipment, etc.), and ensure they understand the brief.

Pre-Work Communication
We send the candidate your venue address, contact details, start time, dress code, parking info, and any site-specific safety inductions they need. We also ask you to confirm you've received them and are ready to go.

|
Staff Arrival & Induction
Candidate arrives on time, introduces themselves to your team, and completes your standard induction (health & safety briefing, kitchen-specific protocols, etc.). They're ready to work within 10-15 minutes typically.

Work & Feedback
Your staff member works their shift. Afterwards, we get feedback from you on performance, punctuality, professionalism, and attitude. This information informs future placements and helps us improve.
